Gower Street Garage offers a range of vehicle services including but not limited to:

• All repairs

• MOT

• Full service

• Oil service

• Oil and air service

• Oil, air and pollen servicing

• All quotes and estimates provided by Gower Street Garage are subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle.

• Customers are responsible for approving any additional work or parts before they are carried out.

• Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Gower Street Garage accepts [list accepted payment methods].

• Failure to pay on time may result in additional charges or legal action.

• Customers must be the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle brought in for service.

• Gower Street Garage accepts no liability for loss or damage to customer property left in the vehicle.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is insured and roadworthy.

• Gower Street Garage warrants its workmanship for [specify period].

• Parts fitted by Gower Street Garage will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

• Any warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.

• Gower Street Garage will collect and process customer data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

• Gower Street Garage's liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of services is limited to the cost of the service.

• Gower Street Garage accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.  

• Gower Street Garage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
